Berko Pharmaceuticals In-house Magazine is 1 Year Old

Berko Pharmaceuticals, which works and produces for public health with the motto "For Healthty Tomorrows”", celebrated the first anniversary of its in-house magazine Berko Gündem, published based on the importance of internal communication.

Berko Gündem, the in-house magazine published for the employees of Berko Pharmaceuticals, which has been working and producing for public health with the vision of "For Healthy Tomorrows" for more than 35 years, celebrated its first anniversary. The magazine, which includes developments and news in the organisation in each issue, also contributes to all employees getting to know each other and the company more closely by covering different departments.

A special celebration was held for the first year of Berko Gündem at the head office and manufacturing facility with waffle treats. Berko Gündem adds value to internal communication processes by acting as a bridge between employees. With Berko Gündem, employees have the opportunity to closely follow themselves, their teams and developments related to the company.

Regarding the in-house magazine, Berko Pharmaceuticals Board Member and Corporate Communications Director Eylem Beran said: "Berko Pharmaceuticals is a company whose head office and manufacturing facility are located in different districts in Istanbul and which delivers healthcare to the whole country through 10 regional directorates spread across Turkey. As such, we are not always able to physically bring the entire staff together. We shortened the distances with our journal. Everyone had the opportunity to get to know each other better with the journal. In this way, we can both follow the latest developments in our company and feed each other. We would like to thank all Berko Pharmaceuticals employees for their meaningful contributions and interest."
