Talent Management

Berko Pharmaceuticals defines Talent Management as one of the most important human resources functions of today, which must be carried out in an integrated manner, covering all human resources functions, in order for companies to achieve their strategic goals and visions, to bring qualified human resources to the company, to reveal their potential, to develop them and to keep them within the organisation and to back them up for critical positions.

Different assessment tools are used to discover talents at different levels within the organisation. First of all, in order for an employee to be defined as a "talent", he/she must make a difference by revealing his/her potential and be a role model in his/her environment. With this principle, employees with high potential, who make a difference and add value to their work are defined as talents.

Our employees to be selected for the talent pool are determined by performance evaluation results, potential analyses for each level position, manager opinion and competency-based evaluation processes, and these evaluations are carried out regularly on an annual basis.

Our employees included in the talent pool participate in special training programs within the framework of their training needs and career plans. They also benefit from the "Mentoring" practice within the framework of their development areas and career plans. With the "Mentoring" practice, our employees who are included in the talent pool are provided with the opportunity to benefit from the experiences of managers who can be taken as role models in the career planning process, thus making a high-level contribution to their development processes.
