Berko Pharmaceuticals is renewing its production processes with the "Berkovan" project. Berko Pharmaceuticals, which aims to realise the production needed for the health of the society in a faster and more efficient way, has started its new project.
Berko Pharmaceuticals, which has been working and producing for public health with the vision of "For Healthy Tomorrows" for more than thirty-five years, is innovating its production processes. Within the scope of the project, Berko Pharmaceuticals is reorganising its batch production lines in accordance with the principles of "Lean Production" by making new layout plans in production lines in cooperation with the production department, technical services, quality assurance, QA and production planning departments.
Berko Pharmaceuticals, which aims to realise the production needed for the health of the society in a faster and more efficient manner, aims to provide efficiency in many areas such as capacity increase in Manufacturing Facilities, minimising the workload and time losses experienced during the transportation of semi-finished products to the following production steps, and greatly increasing equipment and process efficiency with the Berkovan project.
Berko Pharmaceuticals Factory Director Oben Baykal said the following about the contribution of the Berkovan project to production processes: "Our company, which produces and works for public health, aims to increase capacity and improve process and personnel efficiency in our Manufacturing Facility with its new project.
