Believing that a healthy life is based on healthy and proper nutrition, Berko Pharmaceuticals brings its employees together with its corporate dietician service every Tuesday.
With the project called "Healthy Tuesday", Berko Pharmaceuticals employees meet with a corporate dietitian once a week and apply personalised diet and healthy nutrition programmes. With the project, which has been carried out since June, Berko Pharmaceuticals employees have taken the lightest steps towards a healthy future by losing a total of 75 kilograms to date. While employees reach their ideal weight in good health, employees who smoke are encouraged to quit smoking. Berko Pharmaceuticals, which plans expert seminars to remind the harms of smoking such as threatening the health of individuals and inviting various ailments, underlines that it is moving faster towards a healthy future with its employees who quit smoking.
